Do you have leadership in your blood and the talent to mobilize a team? As a Foreman, you will play a key role in executing large-scale projects where rigor and communication are essential. In this role, you will supervise on-site production activities, ensuring the planning and efficient execution of daily operations, work quality, and team management. You will develop and communicate action plans, follow up on tasks, propose solutions to operational challenges, and actively participate in production meetings. You will also be responsible for probation evaluations, employee skill development, compliance with health and safety standards (OHS), and disciplinary management in collaboration with human resources and management. Your role is crucial to achieving performance goals and driving continuous process improvement.
Compensation
- $85,000 to $90,000 per year
- Overtime paid at double time
Work Schedule
- Day: 4-day workweek, 10 hours per day
- Evening: 4-day workweek, 10 hours per day + $2.00/hour premium
- Weekend: 3-day workweek, 12 hours per day + $2.50/hour premium
You must be available for all shifts. While we consider your schedule preferences (day, evening, weekend) when creating schedules, they cannot be guaranteed.

Requirements
- Postsecondary education in a specialized trade (industrial mechanics, electrical, welding-assembly, etc.)
- Five (5) years or more experience managing unionized staff
- MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Successful completion of the security clearance process required under the Federal Government Contract Security Program (minimum 5 years continuous residence in Canada with no interruption longer than 6 consecutive months).
